Outrevio
Legal & privacy centerTerms of Use
Effective: August 17, 2026 · Last updated: September 25, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Outrevio. By creating an account or otherwise using the service after being presented with these Terms, you agree to the version shown at the time of acceptance and acknowledge the current Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create or use an Outrevio account.
Outrevio records which Terms version you accepted and when. The Privacy Policy is a notice about data practices and is acknowledged separately from your contractual agreement to these Terms.
2. Who may use Outrevio
You may use Outrevio only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and your use is permitted by applicable law. A specific minimum-age requirement will be finalized before public launch. Outrevio may limit access while features are in testing or staged rollout.
If you use Outrevio for an organization, you are responsible for ensuring you have authority to act for that organization when you enter information or connect organizational services.
3. Your account and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly address suspected unauthorized access. You may not share credentials in a way that bypasses account ownership or security controls, impersonate another person, or attempt to obtain access to another user's Outrevio data.
4. CRM data and information about other people
Outrevio lets you store professional-relationship information such as names, organizations, contact details, notes, activities, reminders, relationship context, and imported records. You are responsible for having a lawful and appropriate basis to collect, upload, use, disclose, and maintain information you place in Outrevio, including information about people who do not have Outrevio accounts.
Do not use Outrevio to harass, stalk, discriminate against, deceive, threaten, or unlawfully profile another person. Do not upload information you are prohibited from possessing or using.
5. Sensitive and prohibited information
Outrevio is designed for professional relationship management, not as a vault for highly sensitive credentials or regulated records. Unless Outrevio later provides a feature specifically designed and documented for that purpose, do not store passwords, API secrets, payment-card security codes, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, biometric or genetic identifiers, highly sensitive medical records, or government-identity documents.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Outrevio to:
- violate applicable law or another person's rights;
- probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, authorization, rate limits, ownership checks, or other security controls;
- introduce malware, malicious automation, or content intended to manipulate connected AI systems into exceeding a user's permissions;
- scrape or bulk-extract data you are not authorized to access;
- misrepresent Outrevio-generated suggestions as verified facts; or
- use the service to facilitate spam, fraud, abuse, or unlawful surveillance.
7. Communications and outreach
Outrevio currently helps users prepare editable networking drafts and record relationship activity, but it does not provide a general automated email, SMS, WhatsApp, or campaign sender to CRM contacts. A draft, recommendation, imported contact, or connected integration does not authorize Outrevio to contact a person automatically.
You are responsible for communications you choose to send, including the recipient, content, sender information, consent or other lawful basis where required, and honoring unsubscribe, do-not-contact, consent-revocation, carrier, and provider requirements. You may not use Outrevio to facilitate unlawful spam, deceptive sender information, unlawful robocalls or robotexts, harassment, or attempts to evade communication-preference controls.
Before Outrevio enables automated or campaign-style outbound communication, the feature must complete a channel-specific legal, privacy, security, and abuse-prevention review and implement applicable sender-identity, opt-out/suppression, consent/revocation, audit, and provider-policy controls. Current boundaries are summarized in the Communications & Outreach disclosure.
8. AI, suggestions, and relationship intelligence
Outrevio may provide generated text, summaries, recommendations, relationship signals, scores, or suggested next steps. These features can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, sending, or acting on them.
Relationship, opportunity, priority, momentum, readiness, and similar Outrevio signals describe networking context from CRM evidence. They are not objective measures of another person's worth, honesty, character, protected traits, or suitability.
You may not use Outrevio AI, relationship intelligence, scores, recommendations, or MCP data to make, recommend, rank, or materially influence another person's eligibility for employment (including hiring, firing, or promotion), credit, housing, insurance, education admission, or another regulated consequential decision. Outrevio has not been designed as a consumer-reporting, employment-screening, tenant-screening, credit, insurance-underwriting, or admissions-decision system.
Outrevio's AI features are also not professional legal, medical, or financial advice. Review important facts and generated content before relying on them. More detail is available in the AI & External Connections disclosure.
9. External AI connections
Outrevio may let you connect supported external applications such as ChatGPT. Each connection receives only the permissions you approve and can be disconnected from Outrevio. Connected applications are operated by third parties and are also subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
You are responsible for reviewing requested permissions before approving an external connection and for disconnecting access you no longer want. External application instructions, CRM notes, and other content do not override Outrevio's authorization rules. Data received by an external application remains subject to the consequential-decision and acceptable-use restrictions in these Terms.
10. Third-party integrations
Optional integrations may include services such as Google Calendar, Gmail metadata, Outlook Calendar, Outlook Email/Microsoft Graph, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp/Meta services, AI providers, hosting providers, and other services added over time. Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider's terms. Outrevio is not responsible for a third-party service's independent availability, security, or processing practices.
Provider connections are permission-specific. Connecting Google or Microsoft for sign-in does not itself authorize Calendar or email access. Connecting Calendar does not itself authorize mailbox access. If you connect Gmail or Outlook Email, Outrevio uses the limited metadata permissions described in the Privacy Policy to support the user-facing email-capture workflow. A connected mailbox does not authorize Outrevio to send, delete, modify, or automatically import email into the CRM. You remain responsible for reviewing the information you choose to save about another person.
11. Your content and limited service license
As between you and Outrevio, you retain whatever rights you have in information and content you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permission, or other lawful authority needed to upload, import, store, or use third-party content in Outrevio.
You authorize Outrevio to host, copy, transmit, transform, back up, secure, troubleshoot, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, protect, and support the features you choose to use, subject to the Privacy Policy and your configured permissions. This operational permission is not a transfer of ownership and does not grant Outrevio a blanket right to train its own models on private CRM content.
12. Outrevio intellectual property, brand, and feedback
Outrevio's software, source code, interfaces, logos, visual identity, documentation created by Outrevio, and other original service materials remain protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Outrevio service to you.
You may not copy, resell, impersonate, misrepresent affiliation with, or create a confusingly similar Outrevio-branded service except as permitted by applicable law or with written authorization. Outrevio does not currently claim that the Outrevio name or logo is federally registered in the United States, and the registered-trademark symbol must not be used unless registration is actually confirmed for the relevant mark and use.
If you voluntarily provide product feedback or suggestions, you permit Outrevio to use that feedback to evaluate and improve the service without transferring ownership of your private CRM content. Do not submit confidential third-party material as feedback unless you are authorized to do so.
13. Copyright concerns and third-party rights
You may not use Outrevio to reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise use copyrighted, trademarked, confidential, or proprietary material when you lack the rights or lawful authority to do so. AI-generated drafts can contain errors or material similar to third-party content, and Outrevio does not promise that generated material is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright protection. Review important generated content before public or commercial use.
The current CRM is primarily a private workspace and does not provide a general public user-content publishing feed. Outrevio will not claim DMCA Section 512 safe-harbor status merely because a reporting page or contact exists. If Outrevio later seeks that protection or materially expands user-content hosting, the required designated-agent and related procedures must be completed deliberately. More information is available in the Intellectual Property & Content disclosure.
14. Service changes, suspension, and termination
Outrevio may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, product changes, provider availability, or abuse prevention. Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations of these Terms, security threats, unlawful activity, or risks to other users or the service.
Current data-deletion and integration-disconnection controls are described in the Data Deletion Instructions.
15. Availability and third-party dependencies
Outrevio is provided through infrastructure and external services that can experience outages, maintenance, latency, data-sync delays, API changes, or other failures. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
16. Payments and subscriptions
This version of the Terms does not establish a paid subscription offering. If Outrevio introduces paid plans, trials, credits, Stripe, PayPal, or another payment processor, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, refund rules, and processor disclosures will be presented before a user is charged and this section will be updated as needed.
17. Disclaimers and responsibility for use
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Outrevio is provided on an "as available" basis and generated or inferred information is not guaranteed to be accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Final public-launch provisions concerning warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, venue, and dispute resolution require review after Outrevio's legal operator and U.S. launch jurisdiction are confirmed. They are intentionally not stated until those launch details are confirmed.
18. Changes to these Terms
Outrevio may update these Terms as the service, law, or business model changes. The current version and update date will be posted here. Material changes that require renewed agreement should not be treated as accepted merely because a user once accepted an older version; Outrevio is being designed to support versioned acceptance.
19. Privacy and contact
Review the Privacy Policy for current information about Outrevio data practices.
Outrevio's legal operator has not yet been finalized for public launch. Legal and support questions can be sent to support@outrevio.com. Current legal information is maintained in the Legal & Privacy Center.
