Communications & Outreach

Effective: August 17, 2026 · Last updated: August 17, 2026

What Outrevio does today

Outrevio can draft editable follow-up text for a user to review, help the user prepare for outreach, and record CRM activity that the user says already happened. Internal AI is instructed not to claim a communication was sent when it was not.

The current WhatsApp CRM Assistant is an inbound assistant. If replies are enabled, Outrevio replies only within the conversation initiated by the linked user; it is not a CRM-contact broadcast or marketing channel.

Outrevio does not currently provide a general campaign sender, bulk marketing sender, automated SMS/robotext campaign, or proactive WhatsApp sender to CRM contacts. Connecting a contact, importing contact information, or receiving an AI recommendation does not authorize Outrevio to contact that person automatically.

User responsibility for communications sent outside Outrevio

A draft does not establish that contacting a recipient is lawful or appropriate. Users remain responsible for the messages they choose to send, the contact information they use, any consent or other lawful basis that may be required, and honoring opt-out, do-not-contact, or similar requests.

Outrevio must not be used to facilitate spam, deceptive sender information, unlawful robocalls or robotexts, harassment, or attempts to evade unsubscribe, consent, carrier, platform, or provider controls.

Commercial email before launch

Before Outrevio sends commercial email on a user's or Outrevio's behalf, the sending feature must be designed for applicable CAN-SPAM requirements, including accurate sender/header information, non-deceptive subjects, any required advertising identification, a working opt-out mechanism, suppression of opted-out recipients, and a valid physical postal address where required.

Outrevio's final legal/business postal address is not yet configured. Automated commercial email must remain disabled until the required business identity and communication controls are finalized.

Automated calls and text messages before launch

Automated calling or texting can trigger consent, identification, do-not-call, and consent-revocation requirements depending on the technology, recipient, and message. Outrevio will not enable an automated SMS/robotext or calling feature until the applicable TCPA/FCC design has been reviewed and the product can record and honor the required recipient choices.

WhatsApp before proactive messaging

Any future proactive WhatsApp feature must follow Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform opt-in, template, frequency, quality, and policy requirements in addition to applicable law. The current inbound assistant is intentionally kept separate from that future capability.

Required gate before automated outreach

Automated or campaign-style outbound communication must remain disabled until Outrevio implements and validates all applicable controls, including:

  • identify the sender/business and configure any legally required postal/contact information;
  • classify transactional, relationship, and commercial communications before sending;
  • implement unsubscribe and suppression controls for commercial email;
  • obtain and record consent for automated calls/texts where applicable and honor revocation;
  • implement channel/provider opt-in, template, frequency, and policy requirements, including WhatsApp rules;
  • prevent sends to suppressed, revoked, or otherwise ineligible recipients;
  • keep auditable communication metadata without logging unnecessary message content;
  • complete a channel-specific legal, privacy, security, and abuse-prevention review before enablement;
