Our accessibility target
Outrevio uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its engineering target. This is a target for design, development, and testing; it is not a claim that every current screen has been independently certified as fully conformant.
Accessibility is reviewed alongside security, privacy, and product behavior. New UI should not be considered complete if it introduces a known keyboard, focus, labeling, reflow, or assistive-technology regression.
What we design and test for
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls
- Visible keyboard focus and focus that is not intentionally obscured
- Programmatic names and labels for interactive controls
- Semantic headings, landmarks, forms, and dialogs
- Text and control contrast designed for Level AA targets
- Responsive reflow and zoom without requiring two-dimensional scrolling for ordinary content
- Reduced-motion support for users who request it
- Accessible error identification and status messaging
Testing approach
Outrevio combines automated regression checks with manual testing. Automated checks cover shared semantics and keyboard-critical behavior, while manual reviews remain necessary for screen-reader behavior, meaningful reading order, contrast in real states, zoom/reflow, and complex interaction patterns.
Accessibility testing is repeated as the product changes. A passing automated test suite does not by itself establish complete accessibility.
